I am running out of cool titles for these posts, but we are still waiting. At around 5:15 the doctor broke Meredith’s water and at about 7:50 he checked her again and she is making progress, but slowly. The baby still hasn’t descended very far so we are waiting for him to move down before the real fun begins. The doctor said that we are waiting 2 more hours and if there isn’t significant progress we will need to talk c-section.
As a side note I want to say to all of you continually told Meredith "That baby has dropped" starting somewhere around early April that apparently you were mistaken.
Meredith is sleeping comfortably now (it is amazing what an epidural can do for you) as you can see in the picture. Since I had some time to wait again I took a shower and shaved and feel a hundred times better. I really need a nap since I didn’t get much sleep last night and all I keep hearing from people is that with a baby you don’t sleep, but I will have to see what happens.

She should have had a c-section hours ago. She has to be wore out. Call her doctor and tell him he needs to cancel his vacation and come deliver my
grandson.(just kidding).Guess I was wrong I could
have made it there before the baby was born.
I hope Nathan comes soon for all of your sakes,because you are all going to be wore out when he does get here.
