My wife and I went to meet some of her family in Auburn today and we decided to go to Chewacala (the state park there which now costs 3 bucks a person to get into!). Meredith’s family had never been there before so she wanted to take them down this long path to the waterfall and let them climb on the rocks to take pictures.
Well, I was a nervous wreck the whole time. At every root and rock I was sure Meredith was going to fall down and hurt herself and we would have to call a helicopter to airlift her out of there. If being a dad makes me anywhere near as nervous as I am about being the husband of a pregnant woman I am in for a hard time.
